adequate stay with some drawbacks
poor soundproofinglimited selection
the soundproofing was quite poor. i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. also, the breakfast selection was not as extensive as i anticipated. i requested a specific item, but it was unavailable. the room size felt a little cramped. i expected more space for the price i paid.

Charming boat stay!
convenient locationfree coffee
The hotel is quite close to the NEMO science museum and to the Central Station. Everything is just a short walk away, maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I found this location very convenient. A mini bar at the lobby offered great prices in addition to free tea, coffee, and cookies available at any time.
The single beds for a couple, the room is directly opposite the breakfast dining area, on news years the last thing you want is waking up to someone laughing loudly in the breakfast area at 8am, you can hear your neighbours whistle, we had to whisper so they don't hear our conversation. Previous reviews mentioned sensational breakfast, the ham and cheese were nice but not much more beside that and despite offering a fry up, they don't deliver when you ask for one. I paid for 2 nights for me and my partner £600 it is certainly not a value for money

I found helpful staff at the reception. The location helped me explore the city center easily. My twin room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast area was always tidy and well-stocked each morning.
The cabin window felt quite small, made the room feel a bit closed off for my liking.

Breakfast included a good selection of fresh produce daily. I noted eggs were cooked to order, either scrambled or fried. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were also available in the shared area.

The staff were very friendly and cute. I asked for assistance, and they quickly provided it. They stored my luggage after checkout, a great help.

This place is convenient for travellers because of its ease of access. The location is close to the town center, so i could walk easily. I was able to relax in the evening surrounded by beautiful waters.

The single beds were not ideal for a couple. our room faced the breakfast area and early morning noise was unavoidable. previous reviews boasted a sensational breakfast but it was average at best. They did not deliver the promised fry up.

a mixed stay on the water
convenient locationmini windowearly noise
the location was convenient to the central station. i could easily walk to the attractions i wanted to see.
The room felt quite cramped with a mini window (i felt a bit claustrophobic). the noise from the kitchen started early. My sleep was disrupted around 6 am. preparations and hallway traffic were noticeable since my cabin was right under the kitchen and near the stairs.
